Alvin is Co-Head of Research and is responsible for researching stocks across various industrial-related sectors as well as co-managing Altair's equity income strategy. He is also a member of Altair’s Investment Committee.

Alvin has over 17 years' broad-based industry and analytical experience in financial services, the majority of which has been spent in investment management. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager/Analyst in the Capital team at AMP Capital Investors, Equities Portfolio Manager/Analyst at IAG Asset Management and Financial Analyst for PMI Mortgage Insurance. Alvin has also worked as a Management Consultant in the general insurance industry in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
